Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Zuba, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. The service

Zuba provides AI-assisted study materials aligned with the Zambian ECZ curriculum. Content is for educational purposes only and does not replace official teaching. We do not guarantee any specific exam result.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted
• You must provide accurate information when registering

4. Free and paid plans

The free plan is limited to 10 questions per day. Premium plans unlock unlimited questions and additional features. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Share or resell access to paid content
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform
• Post or transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any security measures

6. Intellectual property

All content on Zuba (questions, explanations, AI-generated material) is owned by Tribe Ltd. ECZ curriculum structure is public domain; our specific implementations are proprietary.

7. Limitation of liability

Zuba is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed exams, or other indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Zuba after changes are posted means you accept the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
